Article 1. Applicability
These terms of delivery apply to all our quotations, to all assignments to KLUIS.COM and to all agreements concluded with KLUIS.COM:
By placing an order with KLUIS.COM you agree to the conditions mentioned below.
These conditions can only be deviated from in writing. In that case, all other provisions of these terms and conditions remain in effect. General terms and conditions, delivery, sales and / or purchase conditions on your part are hereby expressly rejected by us.
Article 2. Offers
All offers from KLUIS.COM are without obligation. KLUIS.COM has the right to change prices when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. An agreement is only concluded when KLUIS.COM has accepted your order.
KLUIS.COM has the right to refuse orders with reasons or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If your order is not accepted, you will be notified within ten (10) working days.
Article 3. Prices and payments
The stated prices for the articles offered in this webshop are in euros, including VAT and excluding handling and transport costs, any taxes or other levies, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, you must pay the amount due in advance or cash on delivery.
Article 4. Deliveries
Safes are placed on the ground floor behind the first lock by KLUIS.COM upon delivery. Any vertical transport and / or hoisting work will be charged to you at an additional cost on the basis of subsequent calculation.
Article 5. Uncollected items
If goods have not been collected after the expiry of the delivery time, € 15 in storage costs per week (or part of a week) per safe will be charged for these non-collected goods, commencing 30 days after the scheduled delivery date.
Article 6. Guarantee
The guarantee on the safes is 24 months on all parts as well as a proper functioning of the locks of the products, as described on the invoice. Damage caused by improper use or deliberate misuse of the delivered products is not covered by the warranty provisions. The warranty period of 24 months is calculated from the date of delivery, regardless of whether products have been put into use or not. We give a 12-month warranty on electronic and mechanical combination locks.
Article 7. Complaints and liability
Safes are housed and chemically anchored by KLUIS.COM upon delivery, if possible, excluding additional work. KLUIS.COM can only be held liable for any damage resulting from housing or anchoring to the delivered product.
If you do not want a standard item for whatever reason, you have the right to return the item to KLUIS.COM within fourteen (14) days after delivery and to dissolve the agreement. If you had already paid for the item concerned, the amount will be refunded to you by KLUIS.COM within thirty (30) days at the latest. The direct costs of return are for your account. Naturally, this does not apply to customization.
KLUIS.COM cannot be held liable for any business or other damage caused by a product delivered by KLUIS.COM.
Article 8. Orders / communication
KLUIS.COM is not liable for misunderstandings, delays or improper transmission of orders and announcements as a result of the use of the internet or other means of communication between you and KLUIS.COM, or between KLUIS.COM and third parties, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of KLUIS.COM.
Article 9. Miscellaneous KLUIS.COM may use third parties for the delivery of your order (s).
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
